Today the RTU gals are talking relapse and rehab–spirituality style. Many of us spend days, months, or years working on spiritual growth, often finding success in areas that bring us great challenge. But what happens when a person, situation, or circumstance throws us into a tailspin so much that we revert back to our old ways, just to re-learn the same lesson we thought we mastered? Well, henny, if this happens to you, you are not alone; we all relapse in different ways, but more important than the relapse is the way we rehab–how we take ownership of our choices, learn to be patient and forgiving with ourselves, and take proactive, healthy steps to become more sustainable in overcoming these spiritual challenges. (Level of vulnerability: high af).
